Orders and payment
Work begins after scope, files, and payment are confirmed. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery starts after complete materials arrive. Packages include only the revisions stated in their descriptions.
Media rights
Customers must own or hold permission to use submitted music, photos, video, artwork, and logos.
AI-generated images
AI imagery is produced only with approval. Customers must have permission for all reference photos.
Airplay and promotion
Promotion covers listed placements. It does not promise listener counts, streams, sales, followers, or chart results.
Refunds
Cancellation requests receive review before production starts. Completed work and used campaign time are not refundable.
Privacy
Order details are used to deliver services. Private files and contact details are not published without permission.
